Reflections of Life & A New Dawn . . .
God Himself made the way so you can have new life through Christ Jesus.
God gave us Christ to be our wisdom. Christ made us right with God and
set us apart for God and made us holy. Christ bought us with His blood and
made us free from our sins . . . 1 Corinthians 1:30
One of God’s precious gifts is that the world is new to us every morning. It is like the opportunity to be reborn, refreshed, or renewed each day. The morning is an amazing blessing from God, representing hope, and providing another start of what we call Life.
Things often seem worse, more uncertain, or skewed in the dark of night . . . but what treasures, hopes, joys, and sights can be found in the light of the morning.
Focus on the positives that you find in the then, letting go of those things that take your mind deeper into the uncertainty of the dark night. God’s mercy and grace will guide you through into the new day.
But these are written so you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God.
When you put your trust in Him,
you will have life that lasts forever through His name . . . John 20:31
Remember to pray . . .
Have your roots planted deep in Christ. Grow in Him.
Get your strength from Him. Let Him make you strong in the faith
as you have been taught. Your life should be
full of thanks to Him . . . Colossians 2:7
At the end of some days, you want to cry and scream, and you stomp your feet and say: “I give up, I don’t care!” It’s
okay to tell God—He knows you and He knows what tomorrow can bring. So, talk to Him, and tell Him your frustrations and irritations . . . then go to bed . . . when you wake up, it’s a new day! Pick yourself back up again with Christ by your side . . . a new day to start fresh in the Light of the Son and the sun.
Prayer is the key to finding the joy in morning’s light. Pray as you fall asleep, asking God to calm your mind and let you rest. Pray as you awaken, asking God to bless you with a new beginning, a new blessing, and a new hope. Sing His praises for His presence! Pray throughout the day . . . He is listening and wants to be there for you always.
Remember at the end of the day, morning is coming. “Good morning” is not just a phrase . . . this is an action and a
belief to live the entire day well. And this is the time to set the tone for the rest of the day. Have a blessed tomorrow!
The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease.
Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning . . . Lamentations 3:22-23
